Stands in Sable Hills Eco Park.
Throughout the phases of planning and execution, the preservation of the indigenous Fauna and Flora as well as the conservation of its natural habitat was a NON NEGOTIABLE issue for the Developers of this unique development. This resulted in a truly stunning final product that we are proud to present to you!
The number of stands have been restricted to only 113(and no more), thus enhancing this unequaled nature development even further. Being much more than an “ESTATE” , Sable Hills Eco Park truly embodies that true bushveld experience and will afford a limited number of owners a life style second to none.
Fauna and Flora.
The Mokolo Nature Reserve that forms part of our southern and eastern boundaries, probably ranks as the most underutilized Provincial Nature Reserve in South Africa. On Sable Hills Eco Park with its many kilometers of river frontage, undulating mountains and rolling savannah there is an abundance of Brown Hyena, Leopard, Lynx, Warthog, Porcupine, Kudu, Impala, Zebra, Mountain Reedbuck, Klipspringer, Brindled Gnu ,Crocodiles, ,… the list goes on and on. Sable Hills is also a Birder’s paradise and in addition boasts incredible fishing opportunities with no less than 28 species recorded.
The diversity of its ecosystem, coupled with its typical Waterberg topography, allows for a vast variety of species to be kept on Sable Hills Eco Park. The introduction of new and additional breeding stock, along with sound scientific management of existing herds will ensure that in the very near future additional income be generated from this source for the benefit of the Home Owners Association.
Boating and fishing.
